We're building a high-performance Team and looking for an HR Manager who's scaled teams in fast-growth companies.

Location: On-site, Kolkata

Experience: 4-8 yrs | High-growth companies preferred

Industry: B2B, Sales-led org, Export focus

Salary - Till 50 k

Role Highlights

As HR Manager, you'll be a key strategic partner responsible for:

Building systems to hire, retain & grow A Players

Implementing WHO Hiring Method across functions

Driving scorecard-based performance & reviews

Scaling HR infra to support team growth (50
100+)

Strengthening onboarding, training & cultural alignment

Supporting founders & team leads on org building

You should have

Experience scaling HR in a fast-growing SME or startup

Hands-on exposure to hiring, performance, and compliance

Track record of team growth (from 50 to 100+) in <3 years

Process orientation + strong people skills

Passion for coaching, building systems & performance culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
