Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
Develop employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans as needed.
3. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific certifications and training requirements.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance standards.
