Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR Operations including on boarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
Manage the entire Recruitment Lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and on boarding.
Implement and manage
HRMS/ATS platforms
such as Keka, Naukri.com, or similar tools.
Handle HR Generalist activities including leave management, performance management support, employee grievance handling, and policy implementation.
Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to legal and organisational requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-5 years of experience
in HR operations, recruitment, and generalist roles.
Proven hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS platforms (Keka, Naukri, or similar).
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
