Ensure compliance with labor laws, migration industry regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring.
Build a positive work culture and address grievances effectively.
Support management in organizational development and succession planning.
Conduct regular HR audits and implement best practices.
Coordinate HR support for multiple branches/teams if required.
