Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and training & development programs. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required. Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a strong company culture. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and labor authorities when required.
