Job Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic and people driven candidate who has worked as an individual contributor in IT/non-IT recruitment and other HR activities. Who is proactive in nature and supports the leader's vision. You will play a key role in the company's culture, training and hiring.

Responsibilities
Responsible for entire HR function
Design and develop overall recruiting strategy.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR-related concerns.
Conduct Performance Evaluations by regularly assessing employee performance using standardized metrics, review processes, and performance feedback systems in collaboration with Reporting Managers
Identify training and development needs and collaborate on new initiatives.
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events across the organization
Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyze data for improvements
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IQnext and external agencies or partners.
You will directly report to the co-founder

Has 4-6 years of experience in: 1. Recruitment and talent acquisition; 2. HR operations and administration; 3. Employee engagement and HR business partnering
Is a passionate recruiter with a knack for finding exceptional talent.
Is a team player with strong communication skills (oral and written).
Possesses excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
