The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and strengthening the organization's complete HR function. This role focuses on strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and streamline end-to-end HR set-up including HR policies, SOPs, and HR manuals.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance productivity and employee morale.
Foster a strong performance-driven culture through recognition and reward programs.
Conduct annual and quarterly manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct market salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and salary revision analysis.
Design and manage complete CTC structures including fixed, variable, and performance-linked pay.
Prepare and control HR budgets and workforce costs.
Oversee daily HR operations, employee documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Design, implement, and manage Performance Appraisal Systems and performance improvement plans.
Plan, execute, and evaluate training programs and succession planning for key positions.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Shop Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Coordinate with compliance consultants and manage audits, inspections, and statutory filings.
