We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have 7-8 years of strong HR experience with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct interviews for mid to senior-level positions.
Oversee smooth onboarding & induction processes.
2. Payroll Management
Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary inputs.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
Maintain payroll records and resolve salary-related queries.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS.
Implement and update HR policies and SOPs.
Manage attendance systems and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
Conduct engagement programs and training initiatives.
Support managers in performance review discussions.
5. Performance Management
Drive annual appraisals and goal-setting processes.
Track employee performance and suggest development plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
6. HR Strategy & Leadership
Work closely with management on organizational planning.
Provide HR insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Lead and mentor the HR team for daily operations.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
7-8 years of solid HR experience including payroll exposure.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
