Manage end-to-end hiring (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Ensure smooth joining formalities.
Introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and processes.
Provide training plans for new hires.
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Conduct engagement activities and employee satisfaction surveys.
Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.
Implement performance appraisal systems (annual/quarterly).
Track KPIs and support managers with employee development plans.
Manage promotions, increments, and disciplinary actions.
Identify skill gaps and plan training programs.
Conduct leadership and compliance training.
Monitor training effectiveness.
Develop and update HR policies and SOPs.
