About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive
HR Executive
to manage and support a telesales team of 10-15 employees. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, drive performance and engagement, and play an active role in recruitment and employee motivation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of 10-15 telesales employees to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
Conduct and schedule first-round interviews for new hires.
Organize onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
Design and manage incentive structures and performance-based rewards.
Maintain attendance, HR documentation, and employee records.
Serve as a link between employees and management to address HR-related concerns effectively.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or team management (preferably in telesales).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to motivate, engage, and guide employees toward achieving targets.
Prior experience in incentive planning and performance evaluation will be an added advantage.
