Education:

Experience

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years of experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).

Job Overview:



The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the management team, ensuring the workforce aligns with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Recruitment & Staffing:



Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention. Oversee on boarding and orientation for new employees.
2.

Employee Relations:



Act as the main point of contact for employee-related concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Manage employee engagement programs and initiatives.
3.

Performance Management:



Design and implement performance management systems. Support managers in setting employee goals and conducting performance appraisals. Provide coaching and guidance to employees for professional development.
4.

Training & Development:



Identify training needs and implement development programs for employees. Manage and coordinate internal and external training sessions. Promote continuous learning within the organization.
5.

Policy Development & Compliance

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Advise management on policy matters and legal implications.

Manage employee handbook updates and communication of policy changes.

Compensation & Benefits:



Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive pay practices. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

HR Analytics & Reporting:



Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce productivity. Utilize data to make informed decisions regarding HR strategies.
8.

Compliance & Safety:



Ensure the organization complies with labour laws and employment standards. Oversee health and safety initiatives, including training and risk assessments. Manage workers' compensation claims and processes.
