Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & HR Administration
Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
Manage staff attendance sheet and staff payroll
Staff sourcing and training
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Promote a positive work culture and facilitate collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of experience in HR or management roles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with operational tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
Proven experience in managing teams and improving processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
