Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement.Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company objectives.Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Ensure smooth employee relations and grievance handling.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and ensure timely communication with management.
Drive employee retention and motivation programs, especially for retail and showroom staff.
