Job Description

HR Executive -



Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the complete hiring lifecycle. Draft and publish job descriptions. Post openings on both free and paid job portals. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes. Make informed hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding & Training



Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees. Coordinate and facilitate training programs. Support skill development initiatives. Ensure new hires understand and comply with company policies.

3. Employee Relations



Address employee concerns promptly and professionally. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture. Ensure effective communication across teams.

4. Performance Management



Implement and manage performance evaluation systems. Help define clear employee goals and KPIs. Provide regular feedback and performance support. Address and manage underperformance.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Design and manage compensation structures. Administer employee benefits programs. Ensure fairness and market competitiveness in pay practices.

6. Legal Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Handle employment-related legal matters as needed.

7. HR Policy Development



Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure policy alignment with organizational goals.

8. Workplace Safety & Health



Implement workplace safety initiatives. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

9. Employee Engagement & Well-being



Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate wellness and recognition programs. Organize team-building events and activities.

10. Strategic HR Planning



Align HR strategies with overall business goals. Contribute to long-term organizational planning and development.

Candidate Requirements:



Female candidates preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment. Proficient in sourcing candidates through free job portals. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Looking for candidates seeking long-term growth and stability.
