4) Provides a framework linking people management and development practices to long-term business goals and outcomes

5) Good to have experience in insurance sector

6) Create employee development plans.

7) Create a succession plan.

8) Perform a gap analysis.

9) Decide how to increase resources for the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lalbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
