Master's degree in HR or related field.
4-6 years of experience in HR functions (end-to-end).
Experience in the construction industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
