We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the recruitment process. 2. Assist in joining & exit formalities of employees. 3. Preparing monthly attendance & maintaining leave records. 4. PF & ESIC registration of employees. 5. Monthly filing of PF & ESIC contribution. 6. Overall payroll processing of employees. 7. Maintaining employee database. 8. Preparing offer letters. Requirements: 1. Minimum experience of 2 years in HR field. 2. Should know Microsoft Excel. 3. Knowledge of PF & ESIC is must. 4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 5. Strong decision making skills. 6. Female candidates are preferred and should be ready to join immediately. 7. If candidates is good salary will be negotiable.
