Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities Oversee performance management and learning initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards Lead and manage the HR team to drive efficiency and collaboration

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication and people management skills

Experience in handling and mentoring teams

Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
