will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative functions across our factory and office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining employee records, attendance, payroll, compliance, and effective communication across departments. This is a hands-on role that requires close coordination with the company's owner and department heads.
Maintain and manage
attendance, payroll, and leave records
for all staff and workers
Keep
accurate employee files and documentation
(joining, ID, compliance, etc.)
Implement and manage
clear communication channels
between workers, supervisors, and management
Handle
recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
for new hires
Monitor and improve
workplace discipline, punctuality, and compliance
Coordinate with the
owner and department heads
to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure all HR and legal compliances related to labor laws, and factory requirements are maintained
Support employee engagement, safety, and basic welfare initiatives
