Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with labour law provisions.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Liaise with government and labour authorities, maintain statutory records, and handle inspections.
Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of statutory returns.
Monitor and implement employee welfare schemes as per legal guidelines.
Advise management on changes in labour legislation and their impact on the company.
Handle trade union matters (if applicable) and maintain industrial harmony.
Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on labour law compliance.
Maintain smooth HR operations while safeguarding the company's legal and ethical standards.
