Job Objective

To perform and monitor all the activities of the human resource management.

To ensure Statutory and Legal Compliance

Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment, Selection and Induction of right candidates.

2) Employee Engagement

3) Payroll Management

4) Statutory and Legal Compliance

5) Industrial Relations and Employee Welfare

6) Training & Development

7)

HR Activities & General Administration for maintenance of SHE policy

8) Member of C.F.T. for IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities.

9) Ensure Safety, House Keeping and Working Environment in shop floor.

10) Identify / recommend training needs and coordinate training activities.

11) Responsible for determining, collecting & analyzing data for demonstrating suitability

& effectiveness of QMS & identifying areas of continual improvement.

12) Entire Security management.

13) Handling entire Vehicle problems and transport Management, including drivers.

Additional

5S, Administration, Contract labour supplier development

Support from colleague during his/her absence

Minimum Educational Level

MBA HR

10+ years' experience in related industries
