HR Manager - Construction Company (Pan-India): Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and manage manpower for projects across India
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, site staff, and labor
Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, etc.)
Manage payroll, compensation, and statutory deductions
Oversee industrial relations, labor contractors, and grievance handling
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement
Manage HR operations, MIS, and HR policies across locations
Travel to project sites for audits, compliance, and issue resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,312.05 - ₹37,895.32 per month
Work Location: In person
