Job Description

Job Location: ERODE Job Summary: We are seeking a Garments Factory HR Manager to lead our human resources function for the factory. This position is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labour laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and complaints
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to motivate and retain employees
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations
  • Should have to manage Payroll process
Requirements:
  • Master\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or garments factory setting
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 45,000.00 per month Benefits:

  • Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

  • HR Operations: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Factory hR: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
  • Professional in Human Resources\xc2\xae (Preferred)
