Job Description
:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with management to address HR issues and support organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Immediate availability for joining the team.
