Role Objective:
To lead the HR function by managing recruitment, training, performance management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies & manpower plans.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee retention.
Manage performance appraisals and KPI tracking.
Drive employee engagement, relations, and grievance handling.
Plan and execute training & development programs.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave/OT management.
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
5-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/factory setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
Proficient in HRMS and MS Office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
