Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
Conduct internal audits for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with government and legal authorities for compliance matters.
Oversee time office functions, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Implement and monitor HR policies, training, and performance management systems.
Maintain accurate employee data and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience (7-8 years) in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics company.
Deep understanding of HR operations, labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Law, or related field.
