About the Role



We are looking for a forward-thinking HR leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. A strong understanding of India's labor landscape and proven ability to balance compliance with business needs are essential. Experience in the e-commerce or cross-border trade industry will be highly valued, as you'll be working closely with global teams to support rapid business expansion and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategy and Compliance Management



Develop and implement localized HR strategies based on the business objectives of the Indian branch to ensure compliance with regulations such as .

Manage employee contracts, labor disputes and compliance matters to ensure that the company's operations comply with specific labor laws of the central government and states (such as Maharashtra).

Maintain employee files and ensure data compliance with relevant privacy regulations such as .

2. Recruitment and Talent Development



Lead the whole process of recruitment, develop online and offline recruitment channels, and attract outstanding talents.

Develop employee career development plans and organize employee training (such as new employee training, cross-cultural training, etc.).

3. Employee relations and corporate culture



Handle employee complaints, appeals and labor-management relations.

Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, respecting India's diverse religions, languages and regional customs.

Plan employee activities (such as Diwali, Holi celebrations, etc.) to enhance team cohesion.

4. Performance and salary management



Supervise the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of data.

Assist in coordinating and managing salary payment.

5. Administrative management



Full process management of office supplies purchase and asset management.

6.Cross-departmental collaboration and headquarters docking



Collaborate with the headquarters HR team to ensure consistency between global policies and local practices (such as cross-border dispatch and foreign employee visa processing).

Support the manpower needs of business departments, provide human resources data analysis reports, and assist business decision-making.

Requirements



More than 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of management experience in Indian local companies or Indian branches of multinational companies. Proficient in English and at least one local Indian language (such as Hindi, Marathi, etc.). Familiar with Indian labor laws, taxation and social security systems, and have compliance risk management capabilities. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to a diverse team environment. Experience in e-commerce, import and export trade, and manufacturing industries is preferred
