We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee and strengthen the organisation's human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff, sales personnel, back-office, and support functions.
Develop and update job descriptions in alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate interview processes, selection decisions, and offer rollouts.
Ensure effective onboarding and structured induction of new employees.
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee complete employee lifecycle management, including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation.
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Foster a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work culture.
Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and morale.
Payroll Coordination & Statutory Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
Establishment statutory compliances, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain compliance documentation and support audits or inspections when required.
Performance Management & Training
Support performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and documentation.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS systems will be an added advantage
