We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, training, employee engagement, and compliance for our supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will manage the workforce effectively, ensure smooth HR operations, and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (cashiers, floor staff, managers, warehouse, etc.)
Training & development programs for employees.
Employee relations & grievance handling.
Payroll, compliance, and HR policies.
Performance management & appraisals.
Requirements:
MBA/PG in HR or equivalent.
5+ years HR experience (retail/supermarket preferred).
Strong labor law & compliance knowledge.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
