Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment & hiring

process

Manage talent sourcing

through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks Oversee

end-to-end HR & Admin operations and functions

Develop and implement

HR policies and procedures

Drive

employee engagement, company culture,

and

retention initiatives

Maintain

HR documentation, compliance,

and

recruitment reports

Requirements:

5+ years

of

working experience

as an

HR

in

D2C Marketing Agency

(

Compulsory

) Strong hands-on

hiring & recruitment

expertise Experience in handling

HR & Admin operations and functions

Knowledge of

HR tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms

Good knowledge of

Labour Laws
