We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies, systems, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding
processes
Develop and implement
HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Handle
employee relations
, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters
Oversee
performance management systems
and appraisal processes
Manage
payroll coordination
, attendance, and leave management
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, PT, labor laws, etc.)
Drive
training & development
initiatives
Support organizational culture and employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and MIS reports
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Indian labor laws and HR compliances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with
HRMS and MS Excel
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in
Human Resources
or equivalent
3-6 years of relevant HR experience (preferably as HR Generalist/HR Manager)
