- HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Compensation Management
Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
statutory compliance.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll execution and
reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and
labor laws.
Handle salary structuring, increments, deductions, F&F settlements, and payroll
audits.
2. Talent Acquisition (TA)
Lead end-to-end recruitment for CA, semi-qualified professionals, articles, and
support staff.
Partner with practice heads to understand manpower planning and hiring
requirements.
Manage sourcing through consultants, portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
Conduct preliminary screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
3. Employee Grievance & Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace
concerns.
Handle disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal
processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, code of conduct, and POSH guidelines.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs aligned with firm practices.
Support performance management, confirmation, and exit processes.
Coordinate with management on HR strategy and organizational development.
Preferred Profile
Experience in CA firms / consulting / professional services is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
