Write and publish HR articles, employee engagement stories, company culture features, and internal communications
Create content for employer branding, newsletters, website, and social media platforms
Document HR policies, SOPs, employee guidelines, and compliance updates
Conduct interviews with employees and leadership for internal and external HR publications
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Manage recruitment portals, consultants, and internal referral programs
Required Skills & Qualifications

raduate/Postgraduate in HR, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field*

Minimum 5+ years of experiencein HR, recruitment, or HR content writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills*

Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes*

Ability to balance people management with storytelling
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
