This role requires close coordination with the Managing Director, functional heads, Admin, and Finance while maintaining strict confidentiality of salaries, appraisals, and incentives. The position plays a key role in strengthening HR processes, performance culture, and overall people management.
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Manpower planning in coordination with Managing Director and functional heads
End-to-end recruitment including:
(JD) creation
Sourcing through job portals, consultants, and referrals
Interview coordination
Salary benchmarking and negotiation
Offer letter issuance within approved budget
Joining formalities and onboarding
Reduction of time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
2. Compensation, Payroll & Confidentiality
Maintain complete confidentiality of salaries, incentives, and appraisals
Payroll preparation and validation
Coordination of variable pay, incentives, and commissions
Salary revisions and issuance of appraisal letters
MIS preparation and reporting on payroll costs
3. Statutory Compliance & Risk Control
Coordination of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS
Maintenance of compliance calendar and statutory filings
Liaison with consultants for labour law compliance
Readiness for labour and HR audits
4. Performance Management & Culture
Management of performance appraisal systems
Goal setting and periodic performance reviews
Employee engagement initiatives
Discipline management and grievance handling
Conducting exit interviews and attrition analysis
5. HR Policies & Documentation
Development and maintenance of HR policy manual
Employee handbook management
Issuance of appointment and confirmation letters
Maintenance of complete employee records
Organization structure maintenance
6. Coordination with Admin & Finance
Inform Admin regarding new joiners, exits, and transfers
Ensure asset handover and clearance through Admin
Coordinate with Finance on payroll processing and incentives
Requirement:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
3-7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance
Good working knowledge of Indian labour laws including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS
Proven experience in handling confidential information related to salaries, appraisals, and incentives
Ability to work closely with senior management, functional heads, Admin, and Finance teams
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
