Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Conduct training and development programs
Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Manager
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, policy drafting, and HR operations
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
