Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Plan and execute performance appraisal and evaluation systems.
Design training and development programs for employees.
Maintain HR records, employee data, and MIS reports.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources (including managerial role).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Preferred Skills
