End to end recruitment (internal) and complete employee Life Cycle.
Initial rounds of Interviews of certain applicants.
Contact references and perform background checks.
Conduct new employee orientations.
Finalizing job description and KRAs.
Performance monitoring and appraisal.
Maintaining and recording all data.
Making, reviewing, communicating and implementing policies & processes.
Payroll Processing.
Might be required to frequently travel (not applicable for female candidates) to site locations across India to resolve administrative issues and also implement policies.
Employee engagement.
Industrial relations.
Administration, office management, housekeeping, negotiating and controlling AMCs, purchasing office consumables/ assets etc.
Insurances negotiation/monitoring of contracts/assets/persons.
Liaison with Govt. agencies, labour dept., PF dept., legal etc.
Multitasking
Role is offline only and 6 days a week.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline (B.A/B.Sc. /BBA etc.) OR
MBA (HR)
Proficient in use of computer applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Google sheets etc.)
Proficient in using Job portal and social media.
Good verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience
3+ Years in HR with minimum 2 years' experience of recruitment and at least 1 year in payroll process.
Preference will be given to candidates having construction company experience
Exposure to writing job descriptions, fixing KRA's and / or performance management will be preferred
