Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, stock handlers, etc.).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Handle onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires.
Monitor staff discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality.
Address employee grievances and coordinate with management on HR issues.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.
Plan and conduct performance appraisals and reviews.
Administration:
Oversee general administrative operations of the showroom (cleanliness, supplies, maintenance).
Maintain stock of administrative and pantry supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for facility services and utilities.
Ensure security staff and housekeeping team function effectively.
Maintain documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Support audits and showroom inspections as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in retail or jewellery industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Trustworthy, discreet, and highly organized.
