Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, people-centric, and strategic

HR Manager

to oversee end-to-end human resource operations, support organizational growth, and build a positive, high-performance workplace culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and building strong internal systems that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Lead recruitment for all departments, ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational goals. Develop hiring strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes. Manage employee referral programs, campus hiring, and talent pipelines.

2. Onboarding & HR Operations



Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes. Maintain HR records, employee data, documentation, and HRIS systems. Implement HR operational processes including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance.

3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture



Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and retention programs. Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide solutions with empathy and fairness. Drive a healthy, positive, and productive work environment.

4. Performance Management & Training



Lead performance review cycles, KPIs/OKRs, and appraisal processes. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training, development, and upskilling programs. Support managers with coaching, feedback frameworks, and performance improvement plans.

5. Policy Development & Compliance



Create, review, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Manage disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support



Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide insights on workforce planning, retention, and organizational development. Support company-wide initiatives for culture-building, diversity, and employer branding.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred) 4-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and performance management Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations preferred Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities Strong analytical skills with knowledge of HR metrics and reporting Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information confidentially Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
