Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution Oversee performance management and appraisal systems Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws Coordinate training and development initiatives Support payroll and benefits administration Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or optical industry Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively
