Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, policy-making, and overall HR strategy aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments. Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates. Lead onboarding, induction, training, and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Develop employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs. Address grievances and maintain positive employee relations. Conduct exit interviews and retention strategies.

Performance Management



Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA). Support internal promotions, skill development, and performance improvement plans.

HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, statutory audits & documentation. Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

Training & Development



Identify skill gaps and conduct training sessions or coordinate external trainers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
