Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management
Oversee the
entire employee lifecycle
-- recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and retention.
Develop and implement
HR policies
that reflect the brand's values, culture, and growth goals.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy and motivating work environment.
Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate professional development or training sessions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Operations & People Management
Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate between teams -- marketing, creative, logistics, and retail -- for smooth execution of brand activities.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure accountability.
Plan and manage company meetings, team-building activities, and brand training sessions.
Support top management in executing brand strategies and operational goals.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships as required.

Foster a

Serve as the key communication bridge between leadership and employees.
