Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process (end-to-end hiring).
Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Design and execute employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Manage performance appraisal process and goal-setting cycles.
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
Monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR support.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Oversee disciplinary actions and ensure smooth employee exits.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
