Responsibilities of candidates includes:

1. End to end recruitment and complete employee Life Cycle.

2. Initial rounds of Interviews of certain applicants.

3. Contact references and perform background checks.

4. Conduct new employee orientations.

5. Finalizing job description and KRAs.

6. Performance monitoring and appraisal.

7. Maintaining and recording all data.

8. Making, reviewing, communicating and implementing policies & processes.

9. Payroll Processing.

10. Should be very energetic, multitasking and having good communication & interpersonal Skills.

11. Might be required to frequently travel (not applicable for female candidates) to site locations across India to resolve administrative issues and also implement policies.

12. Good knowledge of MS Office and other standard Computer applications and internet.

13. Employee engagement.

14. Industrial relations.

15. Administration, office management, negotiating and controlling AMCs, purchasing office consumables/ assets etc.

16. Insurances negotiation/monitoring of contracts/assets/persons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
