Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
HR Audits & Documentation
Prepare HR documents, SOPs, and records for internal/external audits (e.g., WHO, FDA, NABL, NABCB).
Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes as per QMS standards.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Support manpower optimization, talent retention, and succession planning.
Contribute to HR MIS, analytics, and periodic reporting to management.
Drive organizational culture and employer branding initiatives.
