Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, admin, logistics, and support roles.
Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and onboard new hires.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Develop smooth onboarding processes.
Foster a positive work culture aligned with the brand's values.
Organize team-building activities and engagement events.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage payroll coordination and leave/attendance systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
4.
Performance Management
Implement performance review systems.
Work with department heads to set KPIs and development goals.
Handle employee feedback, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
5.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
Promote growth and learning within the organization.
6.
Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for HR-related issues.
Mediate conflicts and promote healthy communication among team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a creative, design, or event management industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Understanding of the unique needs of a creative and fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualities:
Passion for design, creativity, or events is a plus.
A problem-solver with a calm and professional demeanor.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Location: Office-based in South/Central Delhi.
Occasionally may require availability on weekends during peak wedding seasons.
