About the Role

House of Vacations India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Manager (Generalist)

who can efficiently handle end-to-end HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee engagement, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete

employee lifecycle

- onboarding to exit formalities. Handle

end-to-end recruitment

through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Process and manage

monthly payroll

and employee data. Maintain

attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking systems.

Handle

HR documentation, employee files, and policy adherence.

Coordinate

performance reviews, appraisals, and engagement activities.

Ensure

PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

requirements are met. Prepare and maintain

HR MIS reports

and dashboards. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Requirements

Experience:

3-6 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations. Strong knowledge of

HR processes, payroll, and compliance.

Hands-on experience with

job portals

(Naukri, LinkedIn). Proficiency in

MS Excel

and HRMS software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience in a mid-sized organization handling 100+ employees preferred.
