About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations, manage talent, and

ensure a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement

? Implement HR policies and procedures

? Manage payroll, attendance & compliance

? Resolve employee queries & support team development

? Drive performance management & training initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR/Management (MBA preferred)

Proven HR experience in BPO/Corporate setup

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of labor laws and HR software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
