Performance Management
Design and implement appraisal systems aligned with project KPIs
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Address underperformance and recommend corrective actions

Policy Development & Compliance
Draft HR policies in line with labor laws and PMC standards
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, etc.)
Handle audits and maintain documentation for compliance

Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
Promote continuous learning for project efficiency
Coordinate certifications relevant to project domains (e.g., PMP, safety)
5.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Resolve grievances and foster a positive work culture
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs
Ensure transparent communication between management and staff
