We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all human resource functions of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance, improving employee engagement, and supporting business goals through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Create and update s for all roles.
Plan and execute new employee onboarding and induction programs.
Coordinate background verification and documentation.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Oversee biometric attendance and leave records accurately.
Process monthly payroll, including salary advances, deductions, and incentives.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain related documentation.
Ensure timely generation of salary slips and records for audit purposes.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Draft and issue letters -- appointment, warning, transfer, promotion, termination, etc.
Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate with management for promotions or increments.
Maintain a positive work culture aligned with company values.
4. Policies & HR Documentation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee files, databases, and confidentiality of records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize regular skill development sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress.
6. HR Strategy & Reporting
Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management.
Support organizational planning, manpower budgeting, and HR strategy development.
Advise management on HR best practices and process improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (attendance/payroll systems).
Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
